Our approach to early childhood education brings together ideas from Montessori-inspired learning, Reggio Emilia, and purposeful play. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all path, we create opportunities for children to explore, make choices, build independence, express creativity, and learn through meaningful experiences.

We wanted to create more than a childcare centre. We envisioned an early learning environment where children could build independence, develop meaningful relationships, explore their interests, and discover the world through hands-on experiences.
Today, Child Connect brings that vision to families through our West Vancouver and North Vancouver locations. As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same — creating meaningful early childhood experiences that support each child’s development while building strong connections with families.

The People Behind Child Connect
A learning philosophy becomes meaningful through the people who bring it to life. Our educators create caring relationships, thoughtful learning experiences, and supportive environments where children can feel confident exploring the world around them.
Hanieh has worked with young children since 2019 and earned her Infant/Toddler certification in 2022. She is passionate about creating a warm, caring environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow.
Manpreet has experience supporting young children as an Early Childhood Education Assistant and school teacher. She is passionate about creating a warm, caring environment where children can explore, build confidence, and enjoy learning.
Maedeh is a child psychologist and play therapist with over seven years of experience supporting children and families. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education at UBC and is passionate about nurturing children through play, connection, and empathy.
Amy is a certified Early Childhood Educator dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. She supports children’s curiosity, confidence, and development through play, exploration, and positive relationships.
Anahita is an Early Childhood Educator with five years of experience, specializing in infant and toddler care and supporting children with diverse needs. She is dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments where every child feels valued and supported.
An experienced Early Childhood Educator with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. Fluent in English and Spanish, they bring creativity, care, and a diverse professional background to the classroom.
With over 20 years of experience supporting young children and families, she is passionate about creating safe, loving, and joyful learning environments. She nurtures each child’s unique strengths and curiosity with patience, kindness, and encouragement.
Azadeh is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator who brings warmth, energy, and genuine care to her work. She is passionate about nurturing children’s development and building strong relationships with families.
